Change your mind?
We are more than happy to refund you if you change your mind on full priced items, providing the item is still in its original condition will all tags attached.
If you return an item for a refund within 14 days, from which you received it. We will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
If you return an item for refund within 15 – 30 days, from which you received it. We will give you an in store credit equivalent to the price you paid for it.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns after the relevant returns period above.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are final and not eligible for a refund.
Items purchased using a discount code or temporary marked down retail price, will be refunded according to the relevant returns policy above.
Can I exchange?
Unfortunately we do not exchange items, but you can re-purchase your new size via the online store if it is available, while you wait for your refund.
Faulty or Damaged goods?
Please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the damaged or faulty item and your order number.
We want to sort out any issue promptly.
How do I return my item?
If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email at email@example.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA)
Basal the label is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, nor items returned without an RA number. It is important you package your return correctly and ensure it is sent using registered post.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only on faulty or damaged items. The cost of this return shipping will be included into your refund.
We are unable to offer any refund of shipping costs for returns.
We will issue a refund within 10 days of receipt and depending on your card holder it may take up to 20 days to receive your refund.
